Tickets and Passes (TAP) is a brand of Global Tour Creatives (Ireland) Limited. TAP is a lightweight ticketing platform designed mainly for self-service — simple seat selection, checkout, and digital tickets without the weight of a full enterprise stack.

GTC uses TAP for venues that do not have a major ticketing partner, so promoters can sell direct with clear fees and control of the buyer relationship.

Support is provided from our offices in West Hollywood, California, through an email ticketing system. You should expect responses Monday–Friday within 24 hours. In the days leading up to an event, we prioritise urgent, event-related queries.
