Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tickets and Passes (ticketsandpasses.com and related pages, apps, and services) operated by Global Tour Creatives (Ireland) Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), 2/3 Castle Street, Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.
By browsing the site, creating an account, holding seats, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service or buy tickets.
These Terms are a binding contract. They are designed to set clear rules for purchases, entry, transfers, and disputes. They are not a substitute for legal advice. Event-specific terms (face of ticket, venue house rules, or promoter conditions) may also apply and, if stricter on entry or conduct, take priority for that event.
1. Who may use the service
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) to purchase tickets.
- You must provide accurate name, email, phone, and payment details.
- You are responsible for all activity under your session, email, or account, including seat holds and purchases.
- We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, automated, or in breach of these Terms.
2. Nature of a ticket
A ticket is a revocable personal licence to attend a specific event (or portion of an event), subject to these Terms, venue rules, and any promoter conditions. It is not ownership of a seat, property right, or transferable commodity except as expressly allowed in the official transfer process below.
We (or the venue/promoter) may cancel or refuse entry for breach of these Terms, safety reasons, or event rules, without obligation to refund where you are at fault.
3. Orders, pricing, and fees
- Prices and fees (including service and facility fees) are shown before you pay. By paying, you accept the total charged.
- A completed payment creates a binding order for the selected seats/tickets, subject to confirmation and these Terms.
- Seat holds are temporary and may expire. We do not guarantee that held seats will remain available until paid.
- Currency, taxes, and statement descriptors (e.g. charges appearing as TICKETSANDPASSES.COM) may vary as disclosed at checkout.
- Obvious pricing or inventory errors may be corrected; we may cancel and refund affected orders.
4. Payment, chargebacks, and disputes with your bank
Payment is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). You authorise the charge for the full order total.
- Valid purchase. Once payment succeeds and tickets are issued to your email or account, you acknowledge receipt of the tickets (digital goods/services) and that the charge is legitimate.
- No unjustified chargebacks. You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim of “non-receipt” or “unauthorised transaction” with your bank or card issuer for a legitimate, completed purchase where tickets were delivered to the email or account you provided, except where required by mandatory law (for example proven unauthorised fraud on your payment method that is not attributable to your failure to secure access).
- Contact us first. For billing questions, missing tickets, or event issues, contact support before opening a card dispute so we can resend tickets or investigate.
- Consequences of chargebacks. If you file a chargeback or dispute for a valid order, we may: cancel the tickets and deny entry; block future purchases; recover the amount of the chargeback, fees, and reasonable costs; and pursue the debt by lawful means. Tickets cancelled after a chargeback have no value for entry.
- Evidence. You agree that our records (order time, email delivery, IP/session, ticket IDs, scan logs) may be used as evidence of purchase and delivery in any payment dispute.
Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. It is intended to prevent abuse of the chargeback process for buyer’s remorse, transfer mistakes, or failure to secure your email or device.
5. Delivery of tickets
- Tickets are delivered digitally (email, account, QR, and/or wallet pass) to the contact details you provide.
- You must ensure your email and phone are correct and that our messages are not blocked as spam.
- Failure to receive tickets because of an incorrect address, full inbox, or filters is your responsibility; we will make reasonable efforts to resend on request if we can verify the order.
- Screenshots or printed copies may be accepted at the venue’s discretion; the valid token/QR in our system controls entry.
6. Lost, stolen, shared, or compromised tickets
- You are responsible for keeping tickets, QR codes, links, email access, and account credentials confidential. Treat them like cash or boarding passes.
- We are not liable for loss, theft, duplication, hacking, phishing, malware, unauthorised access to your email or device, or tickets shared or screenshotted by you or anyone you allowed to see them.
- If a ticket is scanned once, it may be marked used and refused on second presentation. First valid scan at the venue (or our system’s rule) generally prevails.
- Report suspected compromise immediately to support. We may cancel and reissue tickets at our discretion where fraud is plausible and the original has not been used; we are not obliged to do so if the risk arose from your sharing or weak account security.
- Purchasing from unofficial resellers or accepting tickets outside our official transfer process is at your own risk; such tickets may be invalid or cancelled.
7. Name, ID, and entry at the venue
- Tickets may be issued in the name provided at purchase (or the confirmed transferee’s name after an official transfer).
- ID may be required. The venue, promoter, or security may require government-issued photo ID. The name on the ID should match the ticket holder name on the order or confirmed transfer. Mismatch may result in refused entry without refund.
- Age restrictions, bag policies, search conditions, and house rules are set by the venue/promoter and must be followed.
- Late arrival, re-entry, and camera policies are venue-specific. No refund for missed portions of a show.
8. Transfers (only via official process)
Unofficial transfers are not recognised. Selling, gifting, or handing over QR codes, PDFs, screenshots, or wallet passes outside our platform does not change ownership in our system and may leave both parties at risk of invalid entry, cancellation, or fraud.
Where transfers are enabled for an event, the only valid method is:
- The current owner initiates a transfer in our service to the recipient’s email address.
- The recipient receives notice and confirms / accepts the transfer (or completes any required steps we specify).
- On confirmation, ownership and the right of entry move to the recipient; the original ticket tokens are invalidated or reassigned.
- Until the recipient confirms, the transfer may be cancelled by the sender or expire under our rules.
- We may disable transfers for certain events, restrict the number of transfers, or require name/ID alignment.
- Transfers do not guarantee a refund path; price disputes between private parties are not our responsibility.
- Commercial resale, bulk scalping, or bot-assisted acquisition may be prohibited and can result in cancellation without refund.
9. Refunds, cancellations, and event changes
- All sales are final except where we state otherwise, the event is cancelled, or mandatory law requires a remedy.
- If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will typically receive a refund of the ticket price and refundable fees as stated for that event (non-recoverable third-party fees may be excluded where disclosed and allowed).
- If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets usually remain valid for the new date; refund windows if any will be announced.
- Line-up changes, support acts, running order, duration, or presentation changes are not grounds for a refund unless required by law or expressly stated by the promoter.
- Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on banks/card schemes.
10. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated means to hold, buy, or scrape inventory
- Circumvent hold limits, order limits, queue systems, or security measures
- Purchase tickets for the primary purpose of unauthorised commercial resale where prohibited
- Interfere with others’ use of the site or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
- Misrepresent identity, payment authority, or eligibility for restricted events
- Reproduce or traffic in ticket barcodes/QR codes for fraud
Breach may lead to cancelled orders, banned accounts, void tickets, and reporting to venues or authorities.
11. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, data, or enjoyment arising from your use of the service or attendance at events.
- We are not responsible for venue operations, artist performance, security decisions at the door, force majeure, transport failure, or third-party outages (including payment networks or email providers), except as mandatory law requires.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or applicable EU consumer law. If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights that prevail over conflicting wording.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Tour Creatives (Ireland) Limited and its directors, officers, and agents from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of tickets, unjustified payment disputes, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, software, and layouts are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit them for commercial purposes without permission. Event names, artist names, and logos remain the property of their owners.
14. Changes to the service or Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for new activity. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site or by email where appropriate.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they apply (including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts).
Before formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
